Blowers zero emissions for sulfur recovery

Canada Fan Co. now offers gas-tight blowers and zero leakage steam-jacketed for cemicalos sulfur recovery industry.

Hydrogen sulfide H 2 S is the main source of sulfur. At high concentrations can be fatal. It comes in natural gas, oil, volcanic emissions, and some mineral springs. In the process of oil rfining their presence is not desirable and should be eliminated. The process clause is one of the methods used to remove hydrogen sulfide, and thereby, recovery of elemental sulfur.

In this pactice sulfur removal process requires a gas-tight, zero leakage, high temperature and high pressure fan for intermittent duty which must manage the toxic gas and must be deployed immediately on demand. To this end, the following characteristics in the fan must be submitted:

- Construction of a double-welded – The steam circulates between the walls of the enclosure to maintain a constant temperature of 285 F gas inside the fan (sulfur below 285 F will gas and solid state ” freeze “the fan surfaces, causing damage or destruction) – A mechanical seal of the location and the warm air or nitrogen purge – To ensure tight tolerances between the shaft and sealing tree, the case must be supported in line, and grows concentrically to the axis of the fan when exposed to heat. : Given that housing support insulates the disk and mounting bases, growth of housing heat does not cause the forces to be applied to these bases. – To prevent the tree to a stable where the fan is inactive, but remain exposed to high temperatures, the speed of rotation is always to keep the fan at a very slow speed, 25 – 40 RPM, or still a VFD speed control can be used

Construction vapor envelope can also be used in other chemical processes critical heat. As the air and zero emission tifgt construction used in the following industries:

* Printing Industrial Pollution Control * Pulp and Paper Converting Industry * Chemical Plants * Power Generation and Oil Search * * * Food Processing Development of paint and ink *

for containment of organic and inorganic compounds in industrial process plants and other critical applications. construction and sealing devices are available for the fan requiring zero or minimal gas leakage into and out of the box.

fan of Canada has much experince with stamps of different stages and the fans of zero gas leakage of the building and blowers, including: the axis of the mouth, Buna-N, Viton and Teflon seals, mechanical seals , Gasketing special box fan, single and double carbon ring seals, hermetically sealed blowers; stamps and magnetofluidic FERROFLUIDIC gland and with a liquid barrier and seals purgeable.

Welding Code and special fan design features used too – to ensure the integrity of gas-proof complete.

Some special materials and alloys frequently used in gas tight fans, especially for service in hazardous, abrasive, corrosive and high temperature environments, including:

Corten, ASTM A36 carbon steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, stainless steels of different types, Titanium, Monel, aluminum, Teflon, rubber coating. These materials are typical for industrial applications requiring high strength alloys and super alloys too.

Canada is the world blower dealer across the American National Standard for industrial OEM fans and blowers and fan components, which contains high pressure fans, blowers, heat, sparks, high-strength fans and without anti-explosion and pressure vaneaxial Tubeaxial. Canada also has existing fans and blowers repairs, rebuilding and wheel dynamic balance.
