a new composite material consisting of hyaluronic acid (HA), the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl tetrafluoroborate ([bmim] BF4) and cadmium sulfide (CdS) was fabricated nanorod and used for immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to the surface of a carbon ionic liquid electrode (ILAC), which was prepared with ethylsulphate 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium ([EtOSO3 Emim] ) as a modifier. spectroscopic results indicate that HRP retained its original structure of the composite film. Based on the synergistic effect of the materials used, an obvious promotion for the direct electron transfer between HRP and effective ILAC was performed with a pair of well-defined redox peaks appeared at 0.
