sulfide (CdS) quantum dots (QDs). P3HT/CdS nanocomposite shows a 10 nm blue shift of UV-vis absorption compared to P3HT virgin. The blue shift of the absorption of P3HT/CdS nanocomposites can be attributed to quantum confinement effects of nanoparticles of CdS. PL significant cooling has been observed for the nanocomposite films, attributed to other means of decomposition of excited electrons by CDS. High Performance Cell pure P3HT dispersed CdS QDs with have been studied in the device configuration may not know about Indians. . .
