ZnS thin films were prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) on glass substrates deposited technique at 80 ° C with the aqueous solution of zinc sulphate heptahydrate sulfate ammonium , thiourea, ammonia and hydrazine hydrate. Ammonia and hydrazine hydrate were used as complexing agents. The influence of the rate of [Zn] / [S] on the formation and properties of thin films of ZnS has been studied. The reason for [Zn] / [S] 3:01-1:09 modified by varying the volume and / or concentrations of zinc sulfate heptahydrate and thiourea in the solution deposition. The structural and morphological characteristics of the films were studied by X-ray (XRD). . . Br>
