   Hydrogen Sulfide    Sodium Sulfide   Sulfuric Acid

i have two questions that need answers can some1 please help i dont understand the question and explain why?

1. A hydrate of barium chloride weighing 1. 222 g was heated until all of the water was driven off. The anhydrous powder had a mass of 1. 042g. Determine the formula of the hydrate.

2. A 2. oog sample of gallium (Ga) was reacted with sulfur at high temperature to yield gallium sulfide. If the total mass of gallium sulfide formed was 3. 41 g, what is the formula of the gallium sulfide?
