Sulfuric acid and sucrose (sugar) H2SO4 + C12H22O11

We have some sugar in a Coke bottle. We have sulfuric acid. The brown sugar is started, then black. Sugar is a carbohydrate and the sulfuric acid removes the water from his left, the black carbon. The steam is a burning sugar mixed with tiny droplets of hot sulfuric acid.
